The Bundle Feature -or- How to Steal Active Shoppers From Your Competitors!

Goodbye Dressing Rooms… Hello Bundles

As quickly as Poshmark introduces a new feature they just as quickly change it! Keeping on top of all the features Poshmark has to offer is important to your success. Learning how to use these features to your advantage and using them properly is key.

In a previous blog article, I wrote about how to use the Poshmark “Dressing Rooms”. However, Poshmark has since made the Dressing Room a thing of the past! Out with the old and in with the new… and in comes the new Bundle Feature!

NOTE: Some of the tips I gave in my prior article about the Dressing Room feature does, in some ways, still apply to the new Bundle feature. That article is further down in my blog.

So, let’s dive right into it…

Part One: What is the Bundle Feature?

A “Bundle” is a shopping bag that holds any number of items.

The Poshmark Bundle Feature shows all bundles you have made in other closets and it shows all bundles that potential buyers have created in your closet.

On your phone app, go to your closet. At the top right click the box icon. You will go to “My Bundles”.

Or on a web browser on a PC log into Poshmark. Near the top right click the bag icon called “My Bundles”.

In either case you will be brought to the “My Bundles” page where you can click either “Shop” or “Sell”.

If you click “Shop” you will be shown all bundles you have made in other closets.

Part Two: Get to know the Bundle Feature as a Shopper

The best way to truly understand this feature is to first experience it as a shopper. I find it’s important to have a good understanding of what your customers experience.

I highly recommend you start off by selecting a closet you enjoy browsing or shopping from and like some items, bundle some items, and even leave a question or comment to the seller. Get a general feel for the bundle feature. Also, watch to see if the seller responds. Do they add items to your bundle? Do they make you a private offer? Do they make suggestions? If they do make suggestions, are they based on your style card?

So, now that you have tested out what it is like to use the bundle feature as a buyer and have a good idea of what your customers may experience as a shopper, let’s get down to the nitty gritty and make some money!

Part Three: Using the Bundle Feature as a Seller

This is where you’re going to learn how to work every last angle of the Bundle Feature to your advantage. It’s time to make money!!

If you click “Sell” you will be shown all bundles that other people have created in your closet. If a bundle is empty, the user has sent you a “Style Request”.

In each bundle, click the “View Bundle”. You will see the details of the bundle. On that page click “View Style Card” and you will see the brands that your shopper follows, sizes they wear, previously purchased items, and love notes they’ve left and received. Get an idea about each person. The style card is a very important piece to pay attention to as a seller.

If you click “Share to Bundle” and then press “From Likes” and you will see all the items your shopper has “liked” in your closet.

If you click “Share to Bundle” and then press “From MY Closet” you can share items in your closet directly to your shopper based on their interests. You can also make private offers to them and post private comments to them.

Do NOT just share random items without doing a little research. You may lose a potential buyer by doing so. For example, if you go and share a bunch of size small pants, dresses & shirts to someone who may wear plus sizes or who may only be interested in jewelry, they will have no interest and won’t even bother to look at things you might have in their sizes or interests. So, be sure you take that time. You will see sales from it.

So, you now know you can utilize the bundle feature to communicate with your shoppers, send amazing offers, share items to their bundles from their likes and from your closet. What’s next?

Part Four: How to Steal Active Shoppers from Your Competitors!

So, here’s where we get down to it… Here comes the fun stuff… You will steal buyers who are actively shopping at your competitor’s closet!

On your phone app, go to your competitor’s closet. At the top are 3 dots.

Or on a web browser on a PC log into Poshmark and go to your competitor’s closet. To the right of the Follow button are 3 dots.

In either case, click the 3 dots.

In the pull-down, click “Bundles From @UserNameHere”.

You will be shown everyone shopping in that closet!

You will be brought to a page showing all the bundles that shoppers have made in your competitor’s closet.

In each bundle, notice what items the shopper added. Then click on the shopper’s closet name. Then share items in your closet to them that are similar to what they bundled at your competitor’s closet!

You can also follow and share them.

Using this method will bring in sales. You do have to spend some time daily to do this, but it does pay off. It may not sound fair, but your closet is a business, not a charity. Also, if you think it’s not already being done to you by your competitors, you’re wrong and may be losing sales because of it.

Your closet can be a success. Just follow my advice in my blog.

Happy Poshing!
